It has been such a great week spending time with Zach and Aria. Samuel has done such a great job with us being gone so much. He never cries when we leave but says "are you going to see his brother and sister." Aria's PDA valve had closed for the most part at the beginning of the week but today we have found out that it has opened up a little bit. Her stats are still really good so they are going to give her a couple of days to see if she can close it off herself. If not they will do surgery on Tuesday. Zachary had to have surgery on Thursday to close off his PDA valve. He is doing great now but had a hard time coming out of it at first. He is a strong boy. Travis got to hold Aria on Friday skin to skin. It was so cute because she is so small on his chest. The skin to skin is really good for them. Today I got to hold both Zach and Aria at the same time skin to skin. It was such a great experience. They did so good and loved being by each other again. Grandpa and Grandma Rasmussen have both been in to see them. Grandma Porter went in a couple of times to be with them. We greatly appreciate the visit. We know the twins feel your love. We thank everyone for your prayers and appreciate the many more prayers you will give.

Tami, they are so precious and perfect! I can't even imagine how tiny they are. I cannot wait until they can come home so I can meet them in person!:) (And maybe even help hold them at church.) That is once Myles is in nursery.
I love seeing pics of them. Thanks for sharing. They are beautiful. -Maile
Oh they are so cute!! I can not wait to hold them. I am glad things are going good. We make sure we pray for the twins every night. I know they are going to be big healthy babies soon.
